Very special day 13.2.2011
Sunday the 13th February was a very special day for us. The Bartos W-litter was born (1 male + 4 females). We are so proud of our little mum Peppi and her cute babies. You can read more about the puppies on our breeding/puppies page.
We were also happy to welcome back new Estonian Champion from his trip to Tallinn. Ansku Mellin´s Ch Bartos Ultra Vox "Urkki" took the dog CC at the Tallinn Int Show. Our best congratulations to Ansku and Urkki!

Turku Int Show gave us special pleasure. All together a marvelous weekend! "Max" Ch Bartos Ultra Max was BOB and Group 4. Congratulations to the half brother of Max, Flippix I´m Man Of Action (owner/breeder Heidi Kainulainen) for being 2nd best male and CC winner!

Kajaani Int Show gave us marvelous results. "Urkki" Ch Bartos Ultra Vox was BOB and short listed in the terrier group. Urkki and his owner Anna-Maija Mellin really do make a great team. Congratulations and thanks for your great news!

Season´s Greetings
The Winner Show Weekend in Helsinki 11-12.12.2010
We had our winner show weekend 11-12.12.2010 in Helsinki. Both days there was highly strong competition in scotties. The first day BOB was Ch Filisitebrash Celebration. Congrats to "Rico" and his breeder owner Valentina Popova! BOS was Reijo Portala´s Quaint Nuez Moscado. Congratulations to Reijo and "Muska"! The junior title in males was won by Zito vom Landberg´s son Flippix I´m Man Of Action owned and bred by Heidi Kainulainen. Well done Heidi and Viljo!
On sunday we had a bit of luck by winning 4th best male with "Max" Ch Bartos Ultra Max. On sunday Quaint O´my Jacquot won the junior title in males. Congats to his breeder/handler Reijo Portala and Zappa´s owner Sirkka Laasasenaho! We also had some wedding ceremonies after the shows. Our Ch Bartos Ultra Daisy was mated to the fresh junior winner Quaint O´My Jacquot.

Eeva´s puppies born 10.12.2010
Ch Bartos Ultra Daisy gave birth to 5 (2+3) black puppies. Eeva and her babies are doing fine. The proud sire is Ch Flippix Gumshoe Simon. The litter is bred by Heidi Kainulainen kennel Flippix.
Vickan in Spain
Bartos Velvet (born 13.10.200) "Vickan"/ "Vic" has settled nicely with her home in Spain. She is owned by Tamara Gaya and Fermin Espila, kennel Olitejos. Vic did well at her first show in Spain. She won the junior bitch class at the Int de Bilbao 14.11.2010. Congratulations to Tamara, Fermin and Vickan!

Lahti Int 30.10.2010
The Lahti Int Dog Show gave us the most pleasing results. Our "Teté" Bartos Ultra Rose was BOB, judged by Mr Hans Lehtinen. Teté´s sire Ch Zito vom Landsberg was BOS. So it really was all in the family. Congrats to Zito´s owners Annika and Esko!

11.9.2010 Helsinki Ch Show for FCI groups 2 & 3
Our freshly made champions Bartos Ultralux and Bartos Ultra Daisy were entered for the day. The judge was terrier specialist Pirjo Hjelm. Wooster was BOB and Peppi was BOS. We were thrilled to repeat once again double win. Happy day but unfortunately the last show outside this year for our scotties. Once again thanks to the owners Pirjo and Jorma! Salla, you were also great help in the ring. Thanks!

29.8.2010 The Annual Terrier Speciality (by The Terrier Club Of Finland)
Scottish terriers were judged by a scottie specialist Michéle Wauters from Belgium. We were thrilled to receive excellent results in the breed. First of all the Bartos scotties, which were entered to the show, won their classes.
BOB was our Ch Bartos Ultra Max. BOS was Bartos Ultra Daisy owned by Jorma Torvinen. She also gained her third CC and became a finnish champion. Pirjo Leppänen´s Bartos Ultralux won the dog CC and gained his title. Our young Bartos Voodoo was BOB junior and was short listed in the BIS junior ring. His mother Tytti and Matti Holopainen´s Ch Bartos Sugar Babe won the bitch champion class. We also had BOB and BIS 3 breeder class.
So in the end of the day we had two more champions and some nice results in the big ring too. The Bartos Ultra-litter is on the way to became all champions. There are 7 in the litter and 5 are champions. The 6th of the litter, our Bartos Ultra Rose, has two res CCs and res Cacib to her credit. We hope to show her a little bit more in near future. We wish that she will be the 6th Ch of the litter. Hopefully we will see also Bartos Ultra Shock in a show ring although he has never been shown. Thanks to all the families of these charming scotties with out you this would not be possible.
This memorable day I would especially send thanks to Ekku, Jonna, Tytti, Simo, Pirjo, Jorma and Matti. Without your great help I would have been in chaos with 5 scotties at one show.
